Story

FRD Group is an integrated property company with interests in finance, real estate and development. While our people have experience in property development, finance and investment, our strategic partners have expertise in land development, engineering and construction. We are small enough to provide hands on care and large enough to drive meaningful outcomes for our stakeholders.

Founded in 2005 with a vision to provide a unique direct property investment product for investors, FRD aims to bring to life environments which add value to our people, our valued clients and the communities in which we operate.

For more than a decade we have been involved in the development of more than 30 residential communities in emerging and dynamic areas across southeast Queensland.
