Offering a wide-range of Italian dishes and desserts, FRATELLI Frankston is a great place to dine-in for families and medium to large-size groups. However, I found the prices were higher than average with the quality of the food being so-so. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly and helpful when we visited.
We came to this place for dinner with friends. Since there were quite a lot of people inside, we sat in the garden. Beautiful and relaxing place to sit. The food was amazing, very tasty and fresh. Customer service was very friendly and nice.
First time dinning at fratellis, food and service was amazing. Will definitely be going back. Also happen to meet the owner of the restaurant who was very polite and welcoming.
Very nice pizza. Light, chewy base with a nice char underneath, almost like a wood fire neopolitan pizza. Also I ordered takeaway on Wednesday at about 6 and the girl with the slight accent taking the order was really polite. Plus inside looks great too nice traditional look to it.
Great service, good quality of food and great portions. I will only say that the arrancini balls were not flavoursome and the garlic prawns did not hve enough sauce to go with the rice. The price is more on the dear side for an Italian restaraunt. Plenty of tables for larger group dining and a really cosy courtyard. We have returned here a handful of times and will continue to support this family run business
Yummy food.Great customer service from staff.We went there for our anniversary dinner and now my son said for his birthday he wants to come back.Staff were attentive and smiling all the way.Willing to help and go above and beyond.Thank you Kid-friendliness: My kids absolutely loved their food and ice cream...they serve huge servings worth every penny
Food was amazing.. had delicious margherita.. and cruchiest Garlic bread ever.. Lighting and interior were good. Food was delivered fast enough. Drinks were amazingly good. But the waiter messed up our order .. with mushroom when we asked him not to. Or else 5stars are to deserved.
Had a very long lunch last Monday. Before placing our lunch order the waiter was very attentive. But alas after we finished our meals. It was hard to get the table cleared. In fact some of our dishes sat for over an hour despite there only being 3 tables inside. The waiter and waitress both avoided our table not seeming to be bothered. Even when bringing hot drinks they still left them.. We spoke to the owner and he was so apologetic and said he's knows but sadly the staff don't care. Won't be in a rush to return. The risotto was bland. And the music was much too loud :
Food was fresh and hot, service was ok. We were in a group of 3+child and one of our meals adult came out 10 minutes before the other two, that wasn't awesome but not the end of the world either. All in all was a nice meal and we will return in the future. Kid-friendliness: Lots of children here, high chairs available both inside and outside. Parking: Plenty of parking onsite.
Staff were FANTASTIC and on the ball. No waiting, and got my meal in under 20 mins EXTREMELY DELICIOUS Very affordable and worth every cent..... HIGHLY RECOMMEND
