Brought a tv online and was given a delivery date so orginized a day off work to be home only to be told that they do not deliver on said day to my area and would have to wait a week or pick it up myself even though i had paid for the delivery. Very poor service

Spent 2 days (Thursday and Friday) trying to follow up with Toll and the sender to find where a parcel was, both were extremely helpful but couldn't work out why I hadn't gotten it. Found out Frasers deliver Toll in this area, go in and get informed that they only deliver to Beeac on a Tuesday, even if item is sent as overnight

Poor poor service. Dreadful quality and when trying to complain about an issue in the system was laughed at by the manager. DO NOT USE if at all possible
