Super nice people, nice contact, BUT .... I'm on my way back to South Australia. Before that I visited Fraser Caravan to check the brakes and wheel bearings. I specifically said that I had to drive 2500km. And nobody even looked at the tires? Deep cracks, 12 year old, car tires. I only saw it by chance I bought this 2nd hand caravan first for this trip But a professional who does a service/safety check for a 2500km trip and removes the tires to look at the brakes, a specialist in a caravan workshop, should have noticed it straight away. Every caravan owner knows how dangerous a burst tire is. Fraser Caravan obviously doesn't know that.
Worth more than 5 stars! Can't recommend these guys enough. We also taught them a few things . Our caravan is a bit unique!
Purchased wrong part. Quickly sorted it out and with correct part because they knew their stuff
We were in an awkward situation needing to get a failed battery down to Adelaide. When asking them for help they immediately assisted by allowing our battery to be collected with other items from their business and even printed the consignment note for us. Soon grateful.
