I would like to thank Grant and his team at Fraser Caravans for the help in fixing our van at short notice with the problems that arose on our way south. We tried several places on our way down and no one would assist us except Fraser Caravans. The service was exceptional and professional in many ways and we can now continue our journey worry free.

Walked in on Friday with a water leak from our tank. Quickly diagnosed and appointment made to repair. Great, friendly service. As we’re 2000 km from home, happy to get it repaired so quickly.

Took our van for some roof repairs few months ago. Repairs themselves seem good, however when fitting new aircon on roof, something has happened to electrical system. The van trips out now when anything electrical down one side of the van is used including our fridge. Fraser Caravans are refusing to accept they caused the issue and are not returning phone calls. As cables are within wall/roof, this is not a small fix, as we’re unsure where the issue might be!! Not impressed at all!!

Went in to purchase two clips for my awning, price on shelf $40.20, price at checkout $50. When I questioned this I was told that the price had gone up and hadn’t had time to update the shelf price. As I need them I had to pay the exorbitant rip off price.nStay away from here.

Found hubs getting hot on caravan, rang Fraser caravan they fitted us in for a Services. I am very happy with the service and a great team to deal with.nTerry Beaumont
