I was made most welcome as soon as I arrived. I already knew, deep down, the car that I was looking for and there was one at Toyota, Frankston. The salesman, Dean, introduced himself and was most helpful and more than happy to show me a couple of cars that I was enquiring about. Dean also took me for a test drive and explained very clearly the features of the vehicle.nYes, of course I haggled with the change over price, doesn’t everyone!? Ha! Ha!nIt was made all too easy and at the price I wanted.nPaperwork was straightforward and I didn’t need to do a thing. Dean managed to get me a great cup of coffee during the process as well. nnI didn’t expect the VIP treatment I received on picking the car up a few days later, absolutely awesome .nnThank you so much Dean and to all the friendly staff for making my new purchase that much easier.nnTotally recommend
Very pleased with my purchased Toyota Camry. Harry was spot on in finding the car to my specifications. The sale process was smooth, accurate, on point.nThe team of services such as car extras, insurance, camera to phone connection were a seamless operation. The team were ready to assist promptly. I was impressed with the young sales team especially with Harry who found this beautiful car for me, was ever so patient and knowledgeable.
