We are absolutely delighted with our newly installed and very classy plantation shutters! These complete our family bathroom and ensuite renovations and are beyond our expectations. Lance did a fabulous job on the installation, too. He was efficient, on time, and kept us informed on his progress. Thanks, Franklyn!!!
They poorly matched their blinds to our current blinds. The salesman said he knew the colour of ours and it wasn't a problem. When we tried to say it was far too different different the manager refused to talk with us further. We were never were given a proper colour matching option. Very poor service! Don't deal with this company
We had Liz from Franklyn Cleveland store helps us with the shutters and blinds on the house we are currently building. Her knowledge of colours and interior design was such a major help in choosing fabrics and she was able to work with us and problem solve to ensure we worked within our budget. We would highly recommend visiting Liz for her quality advice and friendly service.
We recently had Franklyn roller blinds installed at our new home. Our consultant Cheryl was excellent and provided us with a very detailed quote in a short amount of time. She was able to answer our questions quickly and provide the best recomendations for what would suit our home. Because we purchased during a sale period, the pricing was better than usual far less than we had expected. We had been told that because their blinds are better quality that we could expect to pay more. After getting two other quotes from different companies this was obviousuly not the case as they are very competitively priced. Quality of the blinds so far has been great; cut to size perfectly and operating without a hitch. We would gladly go with Franklyn again.
My Parents have lived in the Bayside area for over 30 years,and have had all of there blinds,security screens and doors installed by Franklyns. There work and communication has been wonderful, there after instillation service is A1. We have had them out on many occasions to repair and service locks, most recently I have learn not to tinker with my parents locks trying to repair them only to make a mess in the end having to call the professional service department of Franklyns to fix my mess. A really big thanks to Rod especially for his work and patience fixing my mess.
I have been into two Franklyn stores to look at awning fabrics & louvres. In both places I was made to feel a little uncomfortable & of no importance. There are so many blind places around, I would have thought they would be fighting for custom. It's a shame Franklyn but your opposition in every other blind place is much friendlier & caring.
Excellent quality, excellent customer service from the first phone call, free quote and installation. We have used Franklyn in 2 homes now and they are the only company we would use for window treatments.
Had 2 Windows done with Crimsafe to protect a pool area, installed Feb 10th, 2 weeks ago a Warranty and care guide arrived in the mail outlining how to look after your Crimsafe product, tells you how many times you should was the product according to where you live, ie: 500m to 1 k from beach 2 to 4 times per week and so on, and of course if you do not follow this your warranty is void. None of this was discussed at point of sale or at time of installation. Contacted Frankly Blinds, got the run around, Sales manager was out, was told he would contact me, have not heard a dickie bird from him Contacted Crimsafe direct and had a good response If you are considering Crimsafe I would suggest you find a more professional Supplier
Had a insect screen and frame to be fixed. Dropped it off on a tuesday to be repaired and was told it would be done by the end of the day or the following morning. Got a phone call the same afternoon that it was fixed but they didnt have the right colour in stock and it would have to be powdercoated which would take up to 3 days. This was fine and the cost wasnt any issue untill i had to call them a week later chasing it up and they hadn't ordered the paint in. No one seemed have any idea on what was going on with my product, i was transferred 3 times until I reached someone who informed me the lady with my product wasnt even there to talk to. I still wasnt given a ETA on when it would be fixed. I called them again on a friday but the factory section was closed already at 1pm and being a long weekend it wouldn't be done untill the next week. Finally got a call saying it was ready to be picked up just over 2 weeks later. Unreliable. Unorganized. Poor communication and customer service. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.
I visited the Cleveland showroom to enquire about security products and the girls there were amazing! Super friendly and very helpful. Will definately be back to order our products in the not too distant future.
