Terrible customer service as if the staff give zero craps to help anyone. Given I was planning on doing a 45 minute drive, the staff couldn't even take the time to send me a photo of any white dresses they have in stock. Have been there a few times also and the service in person isn't the greatest either. Won't be bothering with Frankii's again.

Terrible customer service on several occasions. Disappointing quality from the store (was sent a damaged dress and then questioned as to how it was damaged.) Have unfollowed on facebook and instagram. Will not shop here again.

My wife was here just the other week. Even I thought there was some very BEAUTIFUL clothing here.. LOVE IT
