nnWhat an incredible experience at Frankie’s Smokehouse! We ordered the platter for two, and it was absolutely delicious. The food came out unbelievably fast, was cooked to perfection, and every bite was packed with flavour. Easily some of the best BBQ we’ve had.nnA huge thank you to our wonderful server, Vitor, from Brazil. His service was exceptional from start to finish—friendly, accommodating, genuinely customer-focused, and the kind of person who makes you want to come back again. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.nnWe were a walk-in with our two pups and were happily seated outside. The outdoor area was fantastic, especially with the heaters keeping everyone warm on a cool evening. We also really appreciated that they brought our dogs fresh water in a dog bowl without us even having to ask. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our furry family members feel just as welcome as we were.nnThe combination of amazing food, outstanding service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and being so dog-friendly made this a perfect dining experience. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend Frankie’s Smokehouse to anyone looking for fantastic BBQ. Hands down one of the best BBQ spots around!
Honestly have had the best experience at Frankie's Smokehouse. From the online booking system, follow up txt and emails and parking directions to Being greeted at the door.nExcellent customer service from management and staff and then the delicious food comes out. It really is a culinary delight you have to experience. The Brisket, the Ribs, spicy sausage, dipping the bread in the slowly melting tallow then pouring the rest over the ribs wow.nOnion rings, chips and coleslaw all just so complimentary of eachother.nAnd then the deserts come out.... the cream is obviously made in house, its a beautiful texture, rich, creamy and delicious. In all honesty its a must try experience.nHope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Really great food at reasonable prices, couldn’t say which part was my favourite as all so good.nThe host from Perth was lovely! She was super inviting and friendly.nnAlthough, we booked for an early dinner at 4pm for 20% off deal, ended up not receiving the discount, we only noticed after already paying. Even so, they were super quick to fix it up for us with a refund of the amount!nThanks for the great dinner!
We visited as a group of 4 and ordered the meat platter, chips, salad, and some soft drinks. At first, we were worried the platter wouldn't be enough, but it turned out to be surprisingly filling! The meat was perfectly seasoned, not too salty, with a subtle smoky aroma.nnInside, the restaurant has a great atmosphere. The dining area feels spacious, bright, and welcoming. Excellent customer service was definitely a huge plus, thanks to the staff member who gave us some fantastic recommendations. Will definitely be back!
I have mixed emotions about this place. We really looked forward to going there after seeing their ads on Instagram. But sorry to say it didn't live upto the hype.nLook it is certainly a busy place the a good variety but it is expensive for what you get.nnHave a look at my photos we got a single beef rib for nearly $80, that is ridiculous!nnThe plater for one was nice with the different flavours, but not a huge amount of food.nnThe ribs are nice too.nnLook it is definitely worth maybe one visit in your life, but not a regular place you can go to regularly.nnI have eaten at many places in the last 10 years and this is probably top 20 least value for money I have had.nnThe flavours are nice but if they want longterm patrons who return over and over they need to increase the value proposition.
