We had an awesome night at Frankie’s Smoke House. Ian and Brad absolutely nailed it.nnFrom the moment we sat down, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Ian gave us great insight into the meats and their process, which made the whole experience even better. I asked him to surprise me with a pale ale, and he brought out an absolute beauty from Archie’s — wicked pick.nnBrad set us up properly with a solid spread of everything. We ordered brisket, pork ribs, two sausages, slaw, butter, bread, gravy, homemade BBQ sauce, and chips — plus a tequila and two pale ales. Total came to around $162 including tax, which for the amount and quality we got was unreal value.nnThe sausage was off the charts — easily my favourite. The ribs were cooked beautifully, tender and packed with flavour. And the brisket? Unreal for the price. Cooked to perfection.nnYou can tell they care about the craft. Great service, great atmosphere, and seriously good meat. We’ll definitely be back.
Fantastic BBQ smokehouse for locals. We had the Beef Tarrow candle which was a yummy appetizer before the main smoked platter arrived. Were small eaters so the single was plenty for both ofperfectly! The outdoor picnic table ambiance with Grunge music was spot on perfect! We tried the Black Margarita which tasted great.
We went to Frankie's as we seen a deal on eat club. We were having trouble with the app. We were served by Brad who was very helpful. He seen that we were having trouble with the app and offered us a complimentary 5% discount. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing too. The brisket was so tender and flavourful. Would highly recommend a trip to Frankie's if you like BBQ!
Fantastic experience at Frankie’s smokehouse. Maria had great service, was great at explaining the menu and very attentive! Ordered the platter for two, definitely the best meat platter I have had in Brisbane. The brisket was so tender and flavourful. The pork was so good. The biscoff keylime pie was also a highlight. Also is table service which is a plus! Definitely recommend and will be back.
The food here is perfect and the staff are great. Sitting outside around the smoker in december wasn't our smartest move, but the smell from the smoker made up for that.nnIn the photo is the brisket roll, OG loaded fries and the death by food coma platter nnWill definitely be back here, lots.
