One of the great institutions in Sydney. Perfect food, service and atmosphere. Chicken is succulent and served straight off the coals - tastes delicious with the accompanying sauces. Also recommend the clams. Can’t go wrong with Frangos!

Very good chicken. Nice atmosphere. Vegetarian options were a little bit underwhelming. Take care if you go for your Portuguese chicken craving and have a vegetarian friend with you...

Place is packed, so need to book .  Food is good, specially Charcoal grilled chicken.  Sea food rice was good, I wish there were more rice.  Sliced potato was crispy.

We come here every week for their chicken , always moist and fresh . We have tried chicken in many restaurants around the area but Frango chicken is still our favorite !

Just had the blandest, most boring burger and chips delivered by UberEats. They also forgot the sauce and drinks. $22.50 but tasted like a $12.50 truck stop burger. Really disappointing.

I’ve always enjoyed frangos fries and I can say petersham was fine in the delivery. The chicken was pretty much still the standard like elsewhere which was good. During lunch hours, it’s pretty busy so expect to wait a bit for your order and unfortunately sometimes the service can be grumpy.

I used to work in the area and would really look forward to getting some chicken from here. Nothing beats a nice juicy tender chicken leg with fries. And on a recent return, I got the chicken burger with the chilli mayo and it was equally amazing!

Smokey, fresh, succulent, flavoursome! and we couldn't stop even when we already full, just had to finish it! Off the charts! No wonder it's packed all the time! Highly recommended to try at least once, but then you will find out its never going to be only once!

Had chicken burger with chips. Quality was good. But would not say it's best chicken I have had in Sydney. The table service is excellent, but on the flip side, the take away service isn’t as friendly.

Man... the line outside this place made me come. And BOOM! I wasn't expecting that size for the "Half chicken, chips and drinks combo" for $14. Maaaassive!!! I always went to the other one and feared the "Cash Only" takeaway policy. But here they've improved it from previous reviews and anything less than $12 they charge a 50c fee. It is the 21st century after all. Well done guys.  But Yay to the size of the chips that comes with the combo with made me give this 4 stars. And that tasty tasty chicken.  Free access to the hot sauce and boom boom, 5 stars it will get one day.  PS. That sauce is hoootttt
