such a good price and the trainers ensure everything is done correctly! one of the trainers sorry I can't remember her name cut my bangs and she was so kind and made sure I was happy. They were also so accommodating when I came back the next day to make them slightly fuller! highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Francapelli highly enough. It is easily the top salon in Melbourne due to the amazing team who are professional, highly skilled, experienced, friendly, caring and creative.

Very happy with my hair for a fraction of the price.  Takes a little longer but the students are well managed by professional people.

Affordable and friendly service

it's an acadamey, the girls are learing and for $35 and the time it's worth it. Realise where you are and allow the time for them to get it right. and everyone is always bright and cheerful which makes for an enjoyable experience.

My sister showed a photo of the kind of balayage look she would like, and she ended up with darker hair, with streaky white highlights - nothing like balayage or the photo she shared.
