Outstanding stretching and framing service for our canvas painting. Great customer service from Beth and the Team special thanks to Mariam for the amazing follow up and keeping us informed during the decision making process of selecting a frame that suits. Even tho we are based in Melbourne the entire process went without a hitch. Highly recommend.
I was nervous ordering a large canvas for the first time, but I need not have worried. Staff at the Frameshop answered all of my enquiries very promptly and went over and above to assist me with my order. The canvas arrived earlier than I expected and was packaged up incredibly well. When we unpacked the 1.2 m wide canvas it was a 'Wow' moment. The quality of the canvas printing is superb and the Tas Oak floating frame is definitely a quality addition. I have ordered two more canvases today. A very happy customer.
Received excellent care and service from the staff at frameshop. We wanted to frame two religious puzzles that we worked on during lockdown, and Isabel did a wonderful job to ensure the final products looked beautiful. Even when there was a minor issue with one of the frames, the staff did everything to ensure it was resolved in good time and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this place
An excellent "go to" company for making up custom sized frames and matching mount board backing for my mixed media felted paintings. Superb service! Exactly as I wanted although had I been more confident the first time around I might have been a little braver with my choices. Delivery was a minor problem since the couriers delivered the item to the wrong building despite me stating that it was the third building on the block not the fourth!. Very happy overall!

We are so pleased with our picture. We purchased a 120cm x 80cm acrylic print to replace a smaller canvas version. The quality is outstanding and the surface very glossy. We were quoted more than double by another company we had used before but we are so pleased we found Frameshop instead. Production and shipping were super fast too. We've just sent through an order for another one and we will be using them for all future acrylic prints. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing. I had very much sentimental photos from our wedding and they were the most precious photos I had. When it was fine to pick them up I was amazed and cried with happiness they brought all my photos to life. The staff members were amazing and so understanding. Will definitely be coming here for more photo related purchases.
I was quoted double the price for a large custom frame at a different frame shop. I found this company and not only was I able to make the frame exactly how I wanted it, it was less than half the price. I chose express delivery and it came the next business day. Very happy! Will definitely use this company again
