Wow, Foxy Home staging was absolutely amazing staging our home to sell. Not only were they very professional and punctual, the eye for detail was impeccable! Such a lovely, kind team that leaves your house feeling warm and cozy. Highly recommended.
Quite a few people had a good giggle at my reaction as I honestly didn’t even recognise my property after the Foxy Home Staging Team had come through & weaved their magic. I was cautious to not be overspending but we achieved the best possible outcome with a record price sold before auction.nnAnd, the team were excellent to deal with and simply liaised with the Real Estate for access to the property so I literally didn’t have to do anything.nnIt really was an excellent final investment & I couldn’t be more grateful.

Highly recommend Phoebe and her team. So pleased we chose Foxy Home Staging! We had to put my mum's home on the market when she moved into aged care and wanted to present it in its best possible light. I wanted to find a staging company that was 'real' and who could transform the home in a way that would genuinely engage buyers. Phoebe inspected the home blank canvas and I told her to work her magic. Phoebe did just that and the proof was in the pudding. We launched the property on a Friday afternoon. We had our first inspection the next day and the feedback was extremely positive from everyone who walked in the front door. Everyone loved the 'feel' of the home. We received our first offer that first morning which was above our expectations. We had our second inspection the following day and received another offer. We accepted the first offer and went under contract 4 days after launching the property. I have no doubt that Foxy Home Staging were instrumental in us achieving the excellent result we did. Highly recommended - the pricing Foxy Home Staging offers is very reasonable. The team are very professional, maintaining very good communication from the time of enquiry until removal of fittings and furniture. They are up-to-date with property styling check them out on Instagram! which definitely helped with achieving a higher sale price.
