Fox Kids early learning centre is a 78 place long day care service, located on Centre Road in Brighton East, which consist of 4 room aged 0-5 years.

Story

Fox Kids Early Learning Centre is located in Brighton East and offers a relaxed, calm and pleasing atmosphere. Children are empowered to make their own choices based on their personal interests – playing indoors or outdoors, independently or with peers. The outdoor areas are perfect for exploring nature and learning about how the environment works.

Our Educators are a tight-knit team who share ideas and work collaboratively to design an approach for each child. They are trained to place themselves on the same level as the children; interacting, sharing and facilitating learning in a variety of ways. They work between the rooms and across the centre, which provides more opportunity for connection and the building of relationships.

Our rooms consist of the:
Koala room 0-2years
Possum room 2-3years
Wombat room 2-3years
Kookaburra room 3-5years

The medium size of our centre means that we know all the children and their family members very well. We communicate regularly with families to ensure they are aware of activities, projects and the events of the day. The centre also has an educational leader to support Educators with their planning, and to ensure all learning areas and needs are being met.

The food in our centre is prepared fresh on-site by our trained cook, and caters to all ages and tastes. The balanced menu has been reviewed by dietitians, and includes lots of fruit and vegetables. The fresh, healthy aroma coming from our kitchen helps the children to feel at home.
