Reception staff nice We chose this because of the two queen beds in one room which I found hard to find. Still plenty of space inside. Sheets crisp and white but not properly tucked in. Stains on the carpet. Hallway carpets need cleaning. Nice pool, clean and not overly chlorinated but surrounding apartments kill the view. Breakfast good selection, had stuff for babies too. Cocktails okay, appropriately priced. Appreciate the refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles. Good for environment. Toothbrushes extremely hard. Overall great stay. But my son woke up with bed bugs the next day.
Our recent visit as a family was perfect! The rooftop pool and spa had a nice setting and was beautiful, clean, and refreshing. There was a games set up to keep the children busy. Food service at the pool was available and very convenient. We love a good working sauna and this one was great and along with the gym is open 24 hours so convenient around the childrens time clock. The room was a good size and nice and clean with a lovely view. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety available. Great location with access to shops and restaurants. Special thanks to the manager Chris who made our stay perfect. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
It was a wonderful stay, very attentive staff who were eager to help. We did pay a small fortune for the room and did get some treats, champagne, chocolates, drinks on arrival and a beautiful breakfast. The pool and spa were lovely! The only negative was that our wine and chocolates were not there on arrival and we didn't get them till we returned after midnight. It was also lovely to have a 1pm check out, we would definitely stay there again!
Great location, nice facilities. However the rooms are pretty average, and feel fairly small with the dark colour coordination. Great view of the Ferris wheel tho ! No bath which was unfortunate. To close the bathroom door feels like you need a engineer degree as it doesn’t match up with the lock. The general lighting system is a headache as it’s quiet confusing with different settings and coordination of how it actually works. ImWe Could hear external noises quiet easily and was woken up a couple times by what appeared to be maintenance work at 7am. On the bright side, the staff were great and very helpful, the buffet was beautiful and the restaurant was very tasty and great value. And had a good vibe. I would absolutely stay here again !
Stayed here Jun 2022 while on business trip to MEL. Did not get the opportunity to explore the Docklands area and often left early and came back late - but could see there is shopping and dining in the vicinity. There is a free tram stop right in front of the hotel which makes it super easy to get to downtown and the rest of Melbourne city core. Service is good, the room is modern, nice and clean, definitely much better than the Four Points in the US. Relatively inexpensive. Would stay here again. Nice gym.
Four Points always deliver a top notch experience, but there were a few things that could make this place better. The location is a bit on the outskirts of the city center, which means minimal food options later in the evening during the week. There is a team that drops you off right in front of the hotel which means moving around the city is easy. One of the reasons I picked this location was for the spa and sauna. The spa was warm at best, we had hotter water in our shower. The sauna smelled like mold and didn’t work at all. I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to get some steam to come out. The view from our room was fantastic and the staff were top notch. I’d stay here again if they could fix the steam room.
Comfortable stay in the city for a business trip. Cleanliness of the room could have been better; however it was still a good stay. Staff were helpful and the on site restaurant had a great range and service.Rooms: 3/5
Booked the Deluxe Studio with City View. Not only is it right in front of Melbourne’s free tram zone, the room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was included in our stay, it was quite nice however they had limited options for breakfast. There is also a shopping centre across the road. Definitely would recommend and stay again!!
Clean and nice hotel. Rooms are a great size and love the fact you can cast your own shows on the TV and wifi is included! Great views of city and location is perfect especially when using public transport. Restaurant/breakfast service was abit slow and only criticism otherwise enjoyed staying here! Rooms: Clean and great size Nearby activities: -Docklands shops across the road with cinemas, arcade, ice skating or food to eat -Tram right out the front that can take you to the heart of the city - nice walk by the river Food & drinks: Not a fan of buffet breakfast but it was abit average and took ages to refill eggs. Recommend eating out of the hotel
Great location for free teams throughout the city. For a four points Sheraton brand it was the nicest and cleanest one I’ve stayed at. Price point was good. Great staff. Pool and gym was great. Only draw back was offsite parking blocks away and breakfast buffet was 35$ per person. That’s why four stars only.
