Nice park for great views and walking out onto the coral at low tide. Great place for kids to hunt for sea shells and crabs. This is the favorite spot for kite surfing in Port Douglas. The beach is great to relax on but not nearly as nice, clean or soft as it is closer to town. There is a playset for the kids, bbqs and plenty of toilets. Seems to be a more of a hangout for locals.
Great spot to enjoy the beach and have facilities surrounded. Toilets with wheelchair access, shower, water dispenser. Tables to sit and share, barbacues to cook and playground for the kids. You have some bars around and one bottle shot and take away place 500mts away. You can practice kiteboard with the school that it's around this beach or enjoy the view of the guys training and playing Playground: Plays to climb, go around, improve balance and more. Good conditions, near the toilets and water. Restrooms: Good conditions, ready to use, always clean Picnic area: Some tables.and barbacues ready to go
Great spot to chill out in the sun, enjoy a long walk or find a shady spot off to the side and read a book. Perfect area to catch a sunset.Picnic tables: Yes
Really nice beach. At low tide you can walk out a hundred metres atleast in certain spots. A lot of crabs running around you can catch and release. Lots of dead coral which isn't nice and NO swimming with the box jellyfish. Still a nice beach. People had their dogs there so I'm guessing dog friendly also.
Magic spot and one of the best beaches in the world I reckon. Dogs welcome and if you're lucky you can have the whole beach to yourself.

Romantic, wild and open! Great place to take a walk unless there are crocodiles: there are signs cautioning about crocodiles, but even locals never see them so no need to be afraid. It worth to walk. I even saw a dolphin very very close by jumping from the water!
If you love the beach, then this is for you and your family.. Kite Flying, BBQs, swings,Crocodiles,Beautiful beach walk,people walking their dogs.. It's also magic to wander on down before the sun rises.. AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL..

Beach area is lovely, clean and pet friendly for those on a leash. Gently slopped beach. Swimming net at Port Doulas end. Lovely place to walk
