Ordered takeaway on Chinese New Year’s Eve. Extremely busy with orders. Lucky didn’t waited long for my order to be picked up. Lobsters are freshly made and tasty, all time favourite. Salted egg yolk eggplants is a new dish, love it! Salt n pepper squid is tender and well marinated.
This restaurant quality is OK, consider their cheaper price, I will recommend it! If you want to drink red wine, you must take it by yourself as they don’t supply it.
Just a few dishes tonight with the family. Felt the dishes presented good but little salty and lacking quality…way better experience here before, room for improvements.
First time being back in this restaurant after 1 year of not dining in during covid lockdown period Place still the same.. Quick to be seated. Variety limited on the trolley. If you want some items not on the trolley, need to order. Takes a long time. Just be patient for service as most hospitality venue is currently undergoing staff shortages. Value for money. Come here for dinner the food arrived reasonably and was yummy, would come back.
Yummy Chicken Chow Mein for lunch. Special lunch combo includes main meal and coffee or milk tea seemed popular. Hot aromatic milk tea was rich and creamy Generous serving of congee but unfortunately it was lack of flavour. Customer service didn't seem to exist. Once walking into the restaurant, standing awkwardly for sometime to get their attention. A staff couldn't communicate in English.
Classic cantonese restaurant serving awesome fresh seafood. Definitely a local favourite, worth a detour.
Small servings at city prices. Visited last week and was surprised at how it has changed from been one of the most popular in the centre to the priciest. 3 dishes with one bowl of steam rice , not even any seafood dish. The Hokkien fried rice was in a small takeaway container.
This evening we had dinner at this place. We ordered a set dinner menu with lobster. The waitress attended to us was very impatient and rude. We enquire on how the set dinner menu works, she rudely and impatiently reply to us on the choice. It was until one of my guests said since she is so unwilling to serve us we will figure out ourselves. Then she mellow down a bit. It could deserve a 4 rating but this lady spoil it. We sit at Table 51. Food was ok but not expecting any service from this place.
Garbage customer service, deliberately rude staff, and mediocre food makes for a bad taste in your mouth. I’ve been here once for lunch and endured the above for a family event. A few days later, my Dad had booked a table for dinner and when we arrived, they didn’t have a table for us. What’s worse was they gave us attitude. We simply went elsewhere and will never return. I would give 0 stars if I could.
