Great one.nnInitially I afraid for my car when I checked the Google reviews, But after then only I realised. Some repaired needed time, some parts need to purchase even that takes time. And they also have previous booking orders, so they can do one by one only.nnAfter I see my car and one of the staff explained me what they repaired, It’s stunning. They told me clearly what they change and what they repaired. So good. After then I realised yes this my repairs within 8 weeks, It’s great.nnVery impressed by your staff and your staff perfect work.
Really really love the repair work on my Honda from the Fortress crew in Crestmead. They sent comms when comms needed to be sent and excellent customer service. The list is massive for what they were able to repair and parts took ages to arrive but i think personally, that was out of their control. Before and After photos for reference.nThanks heaps guys!
Thank you for repairing my car to such a high quality finish. It looks like new, complete with a mirror polish finish.nI highly recommend this repairer, they constantly kept me updated throughout the repair process.
They work with my insurance company AAMI.nMy luxury BMW was waiting for a proper service for 7 months in this place. It was a very little crash on the driver door and needed a quick and proper repair. However, they did a very dodgy job to gain more money instead of repairing properly. After 7 months and several times complaining finally AFCA made them to pay me $4000 and repair my car properly and give it back.nThey do not inform the customer about the repair process, they do not answer any email or call. They do a very poor repair poor communication
