I can't fault Fort Knox Storage Ringwood. From the beginning they were super helpful and not pushy when getting quotes. They promptly returned emails to my multiple questions. They were very flexible when it came to looking at their facilities. Their admin and move in processes were straight forward.

The ladies at Fort Knox Self Storage have been fantastic from the word go.  I made an online enquiry and they called and help me pick out some suitable options.  They asked me to drop in at any time to have a look, and showed me the different options.  They put a hold on one for me (no deposit required), and booked their moving van for me on the day I took it over.  The moving van is a brand new iLoad, and quite spacious, we managed it all in one trip!  They have been first rate - high recommend them for self storage needs.

I have used the facilities at Ringwood for several years now.  I have always found the staff to be very helpful, polite and very efficient.  A very pleasant and stress-free experience each time.  Thank you.

Staff are professional and helpful in person. Approach to account payments is extremely aggressive, demanding and persistent immediately they fall due! People have a lot of other things to be attending to in their lives, and the aggressive persistence is rude and annoying.
Hmmm...it is not a manner in which any other company deems necessary to behave - in response to owner's comment!

Kris and Jess at Fort Knox Ringwood are fantastic! They are so kind, understanding, efficient and prompt. I really appreciated their kind assistance and felt very welcomed. I will definitely recommend Ringwood to everyone!
