Called FK to arrange a storage unit. No
Problems at all. Secured over the phone then went to the facility the next day to see The staff to sign paperwork and get the keys. Again.....no problems. Such and easy experience made easier by friendly helpful staff.

Very professional and efficient. The facilities are secure, easy to park and access. The specials are great value. The staff are fantastic (especially Suzanne who I mostly dealt with). She made a daunting potentially stressful experience very smooth and easy, answering all my questions, showing me around and being very friendly, patient and helpful. Thanks! I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Very professional place and service with reasonable price,  one of the best in the area. Easy to access from 6am to 9pm everyday, each unit has own alarm, 1500KG lift, free move in truck.... everything you need is there! Professional staff especially Suzanne will give your warmly and efficient help.

This is the third time I have chosen  to store my belongings with Fort Knox and dealing with the team  at Eltham Fort Knox. I have found them always to be Accessible , Friendly and  Professional. They have always looked after me whether it has been with Billing and Phone Payment or organizing  to find me the appropriate sized unit right up to the storage day. Suzanne Connie and Louisa are always courteous and kind during this  usually stressful time  and they spare no effort in helping me to feel comfortable through out the process, making moving storing and relocating a more seamless experience.
