It seems to be open only on Sunday and not every week. If you are interested in visiting, you'd better check the opening time in advance.

I very interesting museum with lots of information about how and why Fort Glanville exist. Cannon firing is also very cool

Well worth a look if you like history

A night visit it was amazing. Have a Great video of flame coming out of barrel of guns.

Fort Glanville is not a shop it is a tourist  attraction and is only open every now and the Fort Glanville  shop is opposite which sell nice food and coffee you can sit and enjoy what they have to offer

Haven't even been there but I enjoy driving past it regularly in my stock 1990 Ford Laser hatch. What a time to be alive. 5 stars.

Its a good stop. Then you can do a run between jetties followed by an ocean dip

Worth a visit. History past,  worth a guided look.

Come in expecting a quick tour of the fort and barracks. Didn't realise they would have people dressed in uniforms, doing a drill, firing blanks with both guns and cannons!. The fort is run by volunteers. If you get a chance, get out there and support another great local attraction.

Nice place to visit for the family. Good to pass a couple of hours at this historical site. Very enjoyable watching the volunteers reenacting the duties of the garrison. Good interactive fun.
