At Formotion Physio we are dedicated to holistic treatment where we aim to empower you with knowledge about your body and your condition so you can effectively identify and manage the root of your problem.

We use a very hands on approach to treatment through manual therapy (massage/mobilisation), dry needling and taping. Functional rehabilitation through exercise is a big part or our management plan as well where the focus is on educating you about your condition and identifying how your body is working so you will be better equipped at managing yourself.

I have worked with Lucia from Formotion Physio for the past three months due to pain I had from a car accident over two years ago. After previously seeing several physios for help Lucia has been the only one to provide me with simple movements to help not only reduce my pain but also exercises to prevent flare ups. This has helped me to go off anti-inflammatory medication and sleep better.

I had become accustomed to living with pain and thought that had just become part of life. After seeing Lucia she showed me that was not the case and has had me doing movements I though I wouldn't be able to do healthily. Thanks for your help mate!
