I love coming to this store because the service is amazing! The girls always do an amazing job, especially Georgia! She has helped me for two years to pick the perfect outfit for my birthday and she always gives me advice on how to style my outfit! Thank you girls you all make me want to come back!
If giving 0 was an option, I would do that. The staff was truly so rude, refused to acknowledge my mum or I even though we were ready to buy a dress. The cashier looked at us and simply turned around and got her phone out instead. I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt but this isn’t the first time. Truly disappointing especially because we love Forever New

I came into this store because I had to get the security tag removed from a shirt that the TTP sales assistant left on. I felt so anxious about having to go in store again after the terrible experience I had at the TTP store. Thank you to the lovely staff member at the Rundle Mall store for being so helpful, knowledgeable, empathetic and understanding.
Clothes are gorgeous and prices are reasonable. Shout out to Anna Lisse I hope I'm spelling it right, who is genuinely one of the best customer service I have had while buying clothes. The rest of the staff is ok.
Customer service is not really good. The staffs were not smiling or welcoming customer. The cashier didn't said thank you after I paid for stuffs there. I love forever new brand but not with it service. I hope after this review they can change the attitude of staffs. That can make the customer service is better. Thank you.

One of the 'Go to' places, if you are looking for classy but elegant looking clothes. Specially the dresses. Worth the money
