Third color appointment with Lorena. First two were ok but I did not like the trim on first visit. Figured I would “keep looking” for someone who can cut hair. Color was nice UNTIL the third and final visit. She decided to make my light blonde highlighted hair dark dark brown. Horrid!!!!! I called on Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment. She arrived when I did at 11 o’clock. She unlocked the door to her “area” with me walking right in behind her. I sat down and she opened her cabinet where she keeps her tubes of color and other supplies. She said out loud, “Oh, I need to go shopping”. She wasn’t prepared for my appointment. Regardless of what she was doing on Friday, I expected her to be prepared for my Saturday appointment since she has done my hair twice before and knew what kind of coloring products to have on hand. I knew things weren’t right when she applied dark color to my hair and tried to make highlights with little to no bleach. It was going from bad to worse and I finally said, “this looks really dark -this doesn’t look right at all”. She mixed up a second concoction over the shampoo bowl that did have the smell of bleach so I know she was trying to lighten my hair. I resent the mess I have to have redone elsewhere! Lorena doesn’t listen or perhaps know how to create what the customer requests.
LILI sorry if I spelled it wrong! She is amazing!!! She did my daughter's hair for prom and it was beautiful. My daughter's hair typically doesn't stay curled but she did a great job and her hair looked great. The entire staff was so friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. I can't wait to go get my hair done with her!!!
I love my stylist/owner Diana. She keeps my hair looking HEALTHY & BEAUTIFUL. You never have to worry about long waits and being in the salon for a long period of time. She never over books her clients.
After almost a year of letting my brows get thicker and full I decide to go in salon to get them thread for a big event BIG MISTAKE!!!! I told the lady "I like my eye brows thick I just need a clean up." She made them so thin I felt like crying.... All she could say was "sorry I'll know how you like them next time" I guess I'll need to wait another year to grow my eye brows and give them a try again.
They were able to squeeze me in last minute and were incredibly kind and personable. I worked with Diana who listened to my concerns and did an all over color and it came out EXACTLY how I wanted it. Very impressed. 5 stars

I really recommend this hair salon after searching for a place to have my hair done I finally found the perfect hair salon the atmosphere is great they are very friendly and they make you feel welcome especially ricky he is the best ! I love how my hair turn out really recommend it
