AVOID AT ALL COST! This is not a business! Left $100 deposit and my mothers precious funeral flowers, never to be heard from again. Do NOT recommend. Gave one star to post this review.
Very happy with Forever Blooming for preserving a special memory from my mother's memorial service. The arrangement of selected components from the floral display is tasteful, and the workmanship, from the painting, through the assemblage, to the framing, is of the highest standard. Thank you Forever Blooming for this permanent and beautiful reminder of a special day.
I am extremely disappointed with my flowers. It took over a year and a half with much back and forth communication before my flowers were received. I was offered a refund upon my last call questioning when they would be finished, I was told there had been delays from other people pushing for their flowers and that there had been a family issue. I should have taken the refund as my flowers were awful. They were heavily painted which I was told they wouldn't be when I saw another of their bouquets amongst other things. As you can see from the attached photos there are several things that are not of quality. There are flowers with the incorrect colour paint on them, strings and clumps of hot glue visible, chipped flowers, several over painted flowers that have lost their appearance of the original flower, a hair in the frame and scuff marks on the frame. Extremely disappointed and sad.
Drama and total disappointment! 18 months of headaches and anger. Destroyed things that can never be replaced! To say we are unhappy with Forever Blooming is an understatement. All started well on the day after our wedding with dropping the flowers to Forever Blooming and making our selections. It all went downhill from there. The form we filled out had particular dates and time frames for payments and the goods being delivered. We paid our deposit early and made our other payments on time. We were not sent invoices to make further payments without chasing her time after time and being told we had not made the previous payments. Then being told she lost them in her paperwork. Multiple times! Time passed and passed and passed. Nothing. More time passed. Nothing. One Unanswered phone after another and still nothing. We thought this lady has taken the wedding flowers and the cash and done a runner. My wife contacted consumer affairs to try and get something done about this “business” and what we had payed for. This got some attention with forever blooming promising to get our finished product back to us by a set date. It was late. Not surprised after our dealings with them. Now the quality of work is like it was done by a blind woman’s guide dog. The paint is in clumps. Paint is over multiple colours and flowers. There is strings of hot glue throughout the whole product. Flowers have fallen off and into the bottom. Not just leaves, compete flowers! The surrounds in the frames are cut unevenly and over cuts on all the corners. Not what we were promised and this has destroyed irreplaceable wedding flowers that were supposed to bring joy every time we saw them. The saga continued when forever blooming was contacted about the quality of the work with a them offering a refund of not even half of what was paid for the work and the products being returned to forever blooming. With forever blooming blaming the issue with the transport company causing the damage. Back to consumer affairs we went. Finally with forever blooming being forced into a full refund to us. With a return once payment was made of the product including OUR wedding flowers in the frames. They could not refund us in full and requested 4 monthly instalments. All well for them to have our money for over a year. We accepted the offer of 4 instalments so we had a chance of getting anything back from all this. We had to remind forever blooming every time the payment of late. On the reply of the 2nd instalment we were told we were putting financial stress on her. 3rd instalment rolls around. My wife sends an email again reminding her the instalment was late and was understanding of the current conditions surrounding covid19 and got the professional response from forever blooming of “blah blah blah” Back to the very helpful consumer affairs lady that was helping us previously we go. She gets the response from forever blooming that communication has broken down between us and she would now be only communicating with us via consumer affairs. She now also wanted to change the previously agreed terms of 4 monthly instalments to $5 a week until she was financially able to pay the rest out. This would put more stress on my wife again as she just wanted this saga done. We replied to consumer affairs as we are done with this and not proceed with anything else as this was just a saga that will never end with us getting the money we have paid and is just causing unneeded stress and pain every time this all comes up again. This whole ordeal has made my wife very upset and has destroyed her dream of her wedding bouquet being preserved as a beautiful memory. Now every time she sees the bouquet it’s just the horrible dealings we have had with Forever Blooming.
I have been waiting 6 months for the flowers from my Mum’s funeral and I keep getting different excuses about why they are not ready. I am soo disappointed and upset as I had to drive an hour and a half to get there and still nothing
