It was our first time seeing Dr Yap, he was amazing, caring and gentle.  My daughters little rat needs an operation otherwise it will most likely pass on.  Dr Yap was very thorough, he took the time to explain to my 11 year old daughter the reasons for the operation and what was to be expected.  I will now take all my animals to see Dr Yap.  Awesome Dr and also very friendly and caring vet nurse.
