Large clean timber floored hall. Includes stage and small kitchen. Great for a large wake after a funeral. The pre booked finish time means well meaning guests won’t awkwardly hang around and you’ll be able to head back to your clean and tidy home to grieve privately afterwards. The mood at the wake could also be greatly uplifted by having a live band play on the huge stage and an open mic for guests to share stories, songs etc with each other. There’s nothing more poignant, comforting or reassuring than the hopeful joy & optimism of the youngest generations of a family performing songs and dances as adult hearts are breaking all around the room.nAlso a great venue for beginner boot scooting line dancing lessons on a Friday morning. Pre book through J B Talbot Line dancing online.

I give this community hall five stars not because it is an amazing building or it has brilliant facilities but because of all the wonderful events and great memories I have had at Forestville. School Concerts or model trains, this hall has given me many great outings. Parking is not great, but there is a shopping centre across the road for that.

It's a OK type of hall. Clean but not much carpark for large gathering
