Gorgeous wholesome cafe with friendly staff! Brewed Chai with Soy milk was perfection, had the right spice kick. Generous meaty Big Breakfast - who doesn't love a Cheesy Kranksy? Delicious Corn Fritters and Salmon Eggs benny was cooked just right. And the Potato Rosti was WOWee! Can't wait to come back. Lots of parking too.
It had been a while since I dropped in at Forage Food Store in Boronia. On this occasion we stopped for breakfast midweek. The coffee was great and we ordered a Smashed Avo and the Breakfast Bruschetta my choice. The Bruschetta was terrific, well presented and yummy although it came with one poached egg and probably the smallest egg I've ever been served. The place was rather quiet on this particular morning but it meant the service was particularly quick. Great spot for a morning feed.
We have brunch here. The food is nice. We love the potato base, but the pickle is a bit too sour.
A comfortable place with good quality food. Love the Benny with potato onion and thyme rosti, not sourdough. The portion of big meat breakfast is hugh but not costly. We family enjoy the meal and have a good start of this weekend.
Loved this local cafe. My partner and I went for brunch. I had the bacon and egg roll and my partner had the chicken club sandwich.nMy partner was happy with his latte and I had a delicious hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was a nice rich chocolate taste and very smooth.nCafe seems to be pretty consistently busy. We didn't have to wait for a table but we did sit at the high tables on the wall. I'd wait for a regular table next time. I have short legs and it got uncomfortable to have them dangling for a long time.nPlenty of parking at the shopping area next door.
