The people here are terribly rude, horrible customer service. They don't look you in the eye, say hello, smile or even acknowledge your existence when you check out. Oh, actually they do when I am looking at the products to decide what to buy, because like magic someone appears to stock the shelves next to me, so they will also assume you're a thief. I've been going there for over a year, I don't look dodgy, but every time the same treatment. I don't appreciate being treated rudely and suspiciously when I shop there. Also, it's way too expensive.
A good and ideal Supermarket , that offers a Variety of Groceries, fresh produce and liquor . Is not a big place, but its just right for the local neighbourhood and shopping strip. Service is also friendly.
An urban gem, my local.. great variety and prices and excellent staff and service.
Good specials on various occasions, particularly on Coke & Pepsi brands. Some crisps are discounted & Cadbury block chocolates.
I've Had a better shopping experience don't speak English that well they employ there own no-one local there rude they lie I've left things bye accident they say they don't know what I'm talking about 1 time I was made to go to the shop I had just shoped to prove that I got the shopping from that store so embarrassed really it should be no STARS
Atrocious customer service by the elderly gentleman in the store. My god would he please stack the liquor store shelves outside business hours perhaps when customers are not trying to hustle and bustle around him. So frustrating!!!
It's great if you don't drive and to get emergency supplies . The prices aren't that bad .. very friendly staff they always engage in a convo with me which is great for customer service. Overall my experience has been great here . Will definitely keep going back .
Very basic like a small independent grocer so there are limited products.. I guess its good if you're a drinker though because they have. A little bottle shop too

On a Saturday morning, at 9.30AM, for the store to have run out to The Age is a sign of the mediocre operation of this store. I love how multicultural Kensington is, but, standing at the counter waiting to pay while the owner screams in Chinese at his staff member stacking the fruit, come on, consider the customers. Average operation with average selection, head to Coles in Flemington or Woolworths down the road in North Melbourne.
