Great little local supermarket, immaculately presented, has a great selection on offer, even my dogs favorite treats.
Yesterday I shopped at this store and experienced some extremely rude customer service by the checkout operator who said that she "regretted serving me" because I was not wearing a mask. I have a medical exemption and was horrified by her digusting remark. There is a sign in the entrance way saying you have to show proof of your medical exemption. This is ILLEGAL. I do not have to show my personal medical details to anyone! I will be boycotting this shop until they start behaving legally.
The staff are unusually unfriendly to the point of of being rude. Clearly they chose the wrong career path as customer service is meant to be more customer focussed…ironically. Generally overpriced products mean I use this out of desperation when I have to and nothing more.
Can't wait for this supermarket to get new management. Service and staff members are unfriendly. Discriminating customers depending on medical conditions and rudely confirming whether people have checked in which they had Its confusing, as giving good kind service is not hard and will frankly make their day better. Reading the previous reviews we pray management will action the service standards.
I shopped here today as I’m staying in an Airbnb nearby. the lady who served me was very kind and I personally love that this business takes COVID rules seriously. the bad reviews about this are clearly from selfish people who think they’re special. I don’t see too many businesses taking it seriously so bravo honestly, i will be back when i’m next in the area :
I can't speak to these reviews I'm seeing because I haven't delivered here for over a year. But what I can say is when I did these were my absolute favourite customers bar none. Top class people, top class place, never gave me any hassle and in fact they made the delivery experience easier.
After a hard days work in the sun all I wanted was a cold bottle of water. I was stopped upon entry to the store for not wearing a face mask. I explained i have a medical condition and was still refused entry. Would definitely not he returning to this food works. Poor form.
Been shopping here for years. I’m exempt from wearing a face mask for a medical condition. The young staff demanded they see my exemption illegal & refused service illegal. As a small business owner myself I understand fully that refusal of service & demanding to see personal documents is a violation of privacy. Reading through previous reviews & seeing the passive aggressive, smart arse response’s is a terrible way to address any customer & completely unprofessional. We’re all trying to navigate this pandemic, it’s no excuse for poor service. I will never shop here again.
honestly the service here is appalling. the man working was extremely rude to me. As I was being served he yelled right in my face "NEXT" when I had not even finished paying. Additionally while I was in store they refused to serve a man who was not wearing a facemask and even when he told them he had an exemption they continued to be rude. never coming back here again.
Quite a good variety of stock in a diversified range. Okay for suburban strip. But the QR code graphic was either badly covered in plastic, poorly printed or poorly lit, so my phone wasn't able to read it. Had to fudge a workaround. Good Victoria systems. Not.
