An awesome experience. Came in to have my girlfriends screen and LCD replaced and it was done very quickly and at a reasonable price. Staff were also super helpful and fun to talk to!
I visited the shop today wanting some information about screen savers and I was served by Pat who went his way to be helpful. Pat has great customers service and the right personality for his role and was very patient with older non technical savvy customer.
Train your staff properly before fixing the phone!! I replaced my 13 pro max back screen September last year and after 1 month front screen stopped working. Went into the store and they told me the front screen didn’t have any problems so they didnt have to take any responsibilities. Okay fine fixed two screens for nearly $1300. Now it’s only been 3 months after they guaranteed me again “everything should be fine now”, the battery expanded and my phone would shut down suddenly. I went into the store again asking for an explanation. The staff called Billy was extremely rude to me and raised her tone while I was just trying to figure out what’s the reason. She claimed “it’s not our fault. Idk what you have done… if you can’t understand I’m not gonna explain!” Crossing her arms I mean you would expect to have a good condition phone after spending $1300 or just a nice attitude instead of blaming the customer. I’m not a professional in phones and I was feeling vulnerable. As a customer if I would’ve known I could’ve gotten a new phone and I was really upset and sad. All money went down for nothing and got treated this badly by the staff. Now I just feel like everything’s a scam so they could keep getting more money from you. It’s a black hole!! The manager, on the other side, was really nice and trying to comfort me the whole time. But Billy? Bad attitude and she did fix my phone and see what happens?
Good and quick service. I bought a screen protector which they applied on my phone for me and they said if I had any issues I could return and have it redone free of charge within a week not that I've had any issues
Popped in the Quen St store today to get some assistance with the re-application of a faulty camera protector on an iPhone. Hayden was super helpful and put a new protector on free of charge. Thank you!!

Overall a good experience. Pros: -friendly staff members; -good quality products -skilled staff members, helped me very well with my request -good location in the mall, easy to find Cons: -a bit expensive, but after all you get what you pay for. Spent 121.00 on a Galaxy S8+ Case
