Very very poor freight service!nI ordered goods about 3 weeks before I actually needed them with the expectation those goods would arrive within 5 business days.nnAfter 5 business days, I contacted the company I ordered the goods from and they told me the freight company, Followmont Transport, was late picking up my goods from their warehouse, but I should receive them soon.nnI waited another 5 business days and called the company again only to find out that Followmont Transport have no idea where my goods are located. Since that time I have contacted Follomont Transport twice and both times the operator could not tell me where my goods are or when I will receive them. I now need those goods in two days time.nnThis is not the sort of performance you would expect from a modern freight company. Poor logistics management systems it would appear.

Good place to work at and friendly  mates and bosses too. Shout  to Mick,Walker, Allan, Lukefunny guy, and everyone. God bless you, good people. You made me feel at home

Zero Comminications on hold two days for 30 mins atime 9 days still awaitng a deliverty due in 3 days told will be next day when finally gt to talk to depo and still nothing 3 days later.nCowboys at best

Ridiculously dangerous driving. Watched and experienced the disgusting driving by a followmont driver between Gympie and Maryborough. Abusively and dangerously riding up cars backsides, slowing back then coming up again, honking and flashing lights despite being through road works and some dodgy road conditions. Watched this happen to at least 6 vehicles. License plate YQ 83PI. Luckily no cars were run off the road or worse this evening, however this was purely due to the cautious driving of others despite this irrational and irratic behaviour. Whilst truckies keep our country going, truckies like this keep cemetaries, funeral homes and health care system running. Absolutely disguting. This company should be ashamed their drivers behave like this and put the road users at risk. However, by reading many other reviews it seems to be a continuous issue for the other road users. Appalling!!!

Followmont have been our preferred carrier for our company for nearly 15 yrs now. They used to be great but lately are nothing but a headache. We are constantly ringing them trying to find our stuff. Our customers take it out on us when you don't perform.  Currently we have a consignment that shows on your site as picked up on Tuesday and to be delivered on Thursday. Turns out it was left behind 2 days in a row, so now won't turn up till Monday, maybe. Every person I have talked to has taken my number and promised to call me back. No one has, yet we still get charged the same. The service now is total rubbish and it's time for our company to take our business to someone else.
