Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. I contacted you to get a quote for a potential job - guess what? You never gave me a quote, no one rang me, so you didn't even get close to doing the job. However, you did somehow manage to send me a fridge magnet and a flyer and ask for my feedback. So I can tell you your very poor service moved to the farcical and I will be actively telling people to avoid your service in the future every chance I get. Have a good weekend.

I recently had my solar system replaced with continuous gas (was going to be way beyond my budget to replace the solar!). Blair & his install team were awesome - tidy, respectful, and they made room for me in their busy Friday so I could have water!

Lynne, Mike, Nick, Tim and the team were brilliant.  Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to respond and had the problem fixed in one day.  Unlike their competitor Lazer Plumbing who after one week still had not located the issue.
