Focus Physio SAVED my vacation from ending in disaster: I injured my arm/shoulder from a kayaking trip during my vacation and Joshua immediately worked me into his schedule. He is such a compassionate, diligent individual and I felt completely at ease. After the first session, I felt the dramatic difference from before and after. He is an extremely friendly person who tentatively listens to your symptoms and pain and is completely focused on your well-being during the session. Scheduling an appointment was extremely easy and quick and he was very flexible with the payment options in my case, as I was just in the area for a few days. I highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone! Thanks Joshua for everything, I truly appreciate it!

Josh provided treatment for me after whiplash from a car accident and also after a knee injury from running. In both cases I was back to normal much faster than expected. I recommend him (and Focus Physio) regularly to friends due to their personal and holistic approach to treatment.

I am a novice powerlifter. I've had my 3rd back injury. All I can honestly say is that I wish I saw Focus Physio (FP) from the start, I have been to 3 other physios. Legitly best in town. Detailed, highly qualified (Josh has Master's degrer in physio plus makes effort to keep going to courses in Australia etc), excellent service. I would say FP quite different to other physios I have seen. Definitely not a cookie cutter session. ACC approved. Why not give Focus Physio a try. Fully worth it in my own experience. Thank you Focus Physio!! :)

Josh treated me regularly when I lived in Dunedin. The fantastic difference I found between him and other physios, was that he tried to get to the base of the injury, rather than just treating the presenting pain. Josh is professional, caring and helped me through a lot of sporting niggles.

Excellent staff and great service. The stretches Josh showed me I am using most days and they have revolutionised how i warm up and down for running.
