Awesome customer service and cheap prices. Open seven days too. I went in on Saturday morning and my steel was delivered Tuesday. The delivery driver called me to confirm where to put it and he got it exactly right. I quoted round before and FNW were very competitive. I'll be a customer for life!
Con: Waited for my colorbond gate order for more than 4 weeks but was told it should only be 2 weeks and was fairly upset with how long it was taking, especially since i have 2 big dogs that need to be contained.nnUpper management look unhappy when trying to help rectify problem.nnPros: The front counter staff , i dealt with bradley hope he doesnt mind me writing a review was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, well-mannered, and acted promptly to try and rectify my problem, upon bradley helping the 2 other gentlemen that where there also tried to help him fix the problem as well, they have a very well rounded team and should be extremely proud of themselvesnnprices are really cheap considering how steel is these days.nnthe boys cutting the steel are lovely and helpful too.nndrive thru is a nice touch when collecting steel.
Easy to get to, place has like all things steel and more.
Just wanted to share my experience with 2 lovely fellas at the front desk of FNW Steelline, Jordan and Bradley, very helpful, very funny and respectful they made my experience great and i look forward to coming back for more steel at great prices!
The service at the front desk was absolutely awful. The woman who assisted us was incredibly disrespectful. Having a customer service-oriented staff member would make a huge difference.
