Trash service. Fat guy used so much force it felt like I was being sheared. I asked to trim bit more then he frowned and said that will make my head look bigger. He then pretended to trim and gave me thumbs up and said 'good'? Please fire that fat man or close the business.Service: Hairstyling
Got a men's haircut. The hairdresser did a good job and was attentive. Lower stars because it's really unclear how the pricing works. From the sign outside, I read it as it should have been $19 maybe +$5 because they used scissors for a part though not 'only scissors ', no washing or even hair products at the end. Walked out with a charge of $30 which isn't bad but just not what expected and thought was advertised. Would suggest customers first clarify the price when waking in before sitting down to avoid any misunderstanding or disappointment.
I'm so sorry but I won't be coming anymore. I have been getting my haircut here for over 1 year, once every 2-3 weeks and every time the haircut has been OK I never expect amazing haircut I'm always pleasant, smile and never angry to the hairdressers. if they give me an uneven haircut I will smile and try the shop again in 2 weeks cos my hair grows fast on 6/1/19 I got a usual quick cut #1 on sides, trim 2-3cm off the top and thin mohawk style When I got to pay it was $20 which is OK but I was told in December 2018 that price went to $20 because of holiday and will go back to $15. after I paid, I asked when is price going to be $15 again as advertised outside - the Male manager said no more, $15 men's haircut is for shave only... ??? who would pay $15 for shaver only ??? after I got home and showered, I realised I got another uneven haircut and paid $20 for it which was a disappointing experience I'm very sorry to the business owner - I like her but for $20 I can't keep getting mystery haircuts sometimes good, sometimes bad I'll be testing haircut shops around the area and I'm really sad to leave FM hair studio this way.. the shop has treated me well over the past year Seeing and chatting with the business owner has always been pleasant, I hope everything goes well for the shop thank you for your service in 2018!!
The staff were very nice especially the lady who cut my friend’s hair. She was really helpful in managing a haircut suitable for my friend’s hair condition as my friend has alopecia areata.
Ok hair cut. Not overly friendly but not awful either. I got overcharged on the haircut. $30 when it was advertised as $25. Also a $2 surcharge for using card. That is,bon fact, illegal as shops are not allowed to charge more than the card rate, which is around 1.4%. $2 on 30 haircut is over 6.5% surcharge. Wow!
$55 for just a quick wash and proper blow dry if you wish to pay $30 it is just for washing and improperly blow. I don’t mind pay $55 if you are going to take a good care of the service. Even though the hairdresser reacted like I beg him to get my hair done.
I wish I could give zero stars. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. We walked in for a haircut for my son and a male hairdresser seemed reluctant and not friendly. My son was bit nervous at first but was sitting down waiting to get a haircut, then male hairdresser comes and walks away saying that he’s not ready for a haircut and can’t give him a cut?!?!? We were rather shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Seemed like he didn’t want to deal anything to do with customers and very over his job. I would highly not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs. Update: Response from owner is very disappointing. Rather than apologising for poor customer service, what a defensive response. So that we have the facts straight, I would not waste my time writing a review if my son was not cooperative and not willing to sit and was crying. He was sitting down, little bit nervous and not even crying but you expected the worst before anything happened. Before my son even whispered to me about his preference of female hairdresser, you walked away saying that you can’t cut his hair today. Please stop making different excuses and start paying attention to what actually happened and to your customers.
