Went in to grab some flowers and my 2 year old daughter took 2 of the small balloons on sticks near the counter and were looking at them in her hands whilst waiting for the flowers to be wrapped and paid. The lady asked if I was going to purchase the balloons too and when I said no she proceeded to tell my daughter to put them back before she had even finished wrapping the flowers. The store was empty. I understand she would be nervous if my daughter was holding delicate flowers or something expensive, but they were small balloons on a stick, my daughter is very gentle and was just admiring them in her hands and she acted like she was about to destroy them. We won't be back since you obviously don't like children.
I have used and referred the services of Flowers Upon Flowers for a number of years and with other customers of many more years loyalty have enjoyed the hospitality of friendly and very helpful staff. Bouquets and special requests have always been beyond expectation with flowers being fresh and long lasting. Clients whom I have referred have not only continued using this florist themselves but also referred on their contacts. Last year I attended a wedding reception where this florist provided the flowers and set up the table arrangements, what a professional finish it was. Everyone complimented the displays. My husband ordered anniversary flowers for me last Thursday. Unfortunately, the flowers were poor quality, not even a week, the roses and chrysanthemum have wilted. The colours / flowers didn't co-ordinate, the foliage was all sorts mixed together, empty spots in the arrangement. Very disappointed, will not be purchasing from here again. And yes, the flowers have been watered, kept out of the heat and looked after.
It's my birthday and my plans changed so I was asleep when the flowers arrived - poor lady had to bang on the door and yell until I woke up! Sorry!!! And thank you so much! She was really really nice about it though; awesome service : the flowers are beautiful too!
Totally disappointed !! Personally went in the shop the day before Valentine’s Day and ordered a bouquet of mixed flowers to include 1 dozen red roses with the emphasis being the red roses to the value of $150 . Only received 10 red roses which were lost in a sea of white flowers as the red roses were barely noticeable in the arrangement. On first glance my lady didn’t realise there where roses in the arrangement as they were barely visible. Will not be rushing back.
