The flower selection was incredible, the smell is amazing & I found the pricing really competitive, but the 5 star rating is due to the service I got when trying to buy flowers for a friends funeral. The lady who helped me was really caring, knowledgeable & empathetic to my situation, went beyond what I expected, & didn't make me feel embarrassed for having a little cry at her counter! Will definitely head there for all future flower purchases. It has left a lasting impression on me months later :)
