I’ve purchased from Flowers by Jane three times, each time has been wonderful. Let the women there take care of you. Give them a budget and they’ll make something beautiful. First time, budget was $120, next time it was $60, this time it was $110. Each time the flowers looked bright and smelled lovely. Got some beautiful blooms today, the lilies are going to open up and smell beautiful soon I’m sure. Mum’s happy with her early Mother’s Day bouquet.

Amazed at a nearly immediate after-hours response by Jane to my very late request for Funeral flowers!  She is going above and beyond to take care of us! That means so much at this time of great loss when I cannot be in AU myself to honor the life of the BEST BIG BROTHER a kid and now this old grammie  could have ever had!  Thank you, Jane!  Thank you, Flowers By Jane TEAM!!!  I won't forget your help and great service when I'm wanting to send love and encouragement to my dear sister-in-love!  : Update:  The flowers were delivered in time for the memorial service. Because they were so lovely, they were placed in front of the tribute and remembrance table for the service.  My sister-in-love was pleased, and she even divided them into two big lovely arrangements once she got them home... the lilies were photographed a few days later once they began opening.

There’s a Covid Safe plan in place here with a QR Code check in for contact tracing, with social distancing practiced and hand sanitiser available.  Thank you. I’ll be back!

My wife's birthday couldn't be a better day: Australia Day! Needing something special, I called Jane at Flowers by jane and told her my predicament. She discussed the request with her husband and not only could they deliver but got it done first thing in the morning, that was amazing. As I had to work away week, this beautiful surprise brightened up her day! It truly is an awesome experience dealing with family-run businesses like Flowers By Jane – huge thank you for making it happen so perfectly !

I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews, but sadly this is the most expensive florist I’ve been too, ever. Unfortunately, definitely not worth the money for what you get.  Recommend going elsewhere. I wish I did.

Thanks to Jane /Jess for a beautiful wreath. Ordered from the UK for our brother’s funeral in Brisbane.  They adapted one of their standard wreaths to our requests.  Everything from communication, to the quality of flowers and the finished wreath was exceptional. Would recommend for any occasion.

I ordered a dozen roses that only lasted a few days. I was told there are instructions with the flower food that comes with the flowers but we received nothing and the company didn’t want to rectify the issue. Disappointed with the product and service.

We ordered the Elegant White Floral Wreath- premium for $167.50 incl delivery, from Canberra for delivery in Brisbane. The 2 stars are for delivery because they delivered within the time frame, as stated on their website. The picture on the left is what we thought we were ordering, it literally said, “as pictured,” in the description tab. The picture on the right is what was delivered, not as full or as big as the picture. Very underwhelming & disappointing for “premium.” Maybe if sizing isn’t included on the website, they should use their own photos for reference, rather than a generic picture off Pinterest or google. Will not be ordering again or recommending for interstate orders.
