Very disappointed. Tried surprising my partner with flowers. Paid $15 for delivery to her work which I was happy to pay (even if she works across the road from this shop). She comes home without the flowers. I went in and spoke to the worker there to get told they don't know where Palmerston Cct was (which happens to be the street their shop is located on) or where Highway House was. Highway House is the big building in front of the shop with Highway House down the side. Trying to get a refund for the delivery was a nightmare!!! I will not be going here again. I have never heard anything good about this place and I can see why. And before you judge I've tried Flowers by Elise 3 times now and have had nothing but issues and rude service. I'm happy to support local business by not happy to support this business. In saying all this the flowers were nice. Update: The flowers died is less than 5 days. What a waste of $90.

2015 i was given flowers from my mother. She googled flower in Palmerston looked on the website, chose the flowers she wanted and called and ordered. They were going to deliver but I was away so I picked them up. They were nice. I was excited so I took a photo of them to sent to mum. Comparing the photos to the web site was more then disappointing. Less then half the flowers were there. And for the price. So I rang to explain just that. Well I was abused, yelled and sworn at. And threaten if I gave a bad review, she knew my address. It was very upsetting and I didn't know what to do. I really like local business but I have never experienced anything like this. I have told everyone and told interflura. Buyers beware plus the flowers died in less then a week. Ps I have moved.

Dinki G that particular day you spoke about the shop was flooded with water from the kids upstairs at the YMCA which caused thousands of dollars worth of damage so yes putting a little note (which was worded very differently than what you alledge) on the door and having the rest of the day off was perfectly acceptable and maybe a bit of kindness in the way you deal with life would do you the world of good. PLUS people don't usually pay attention to people who hide behind nick names stand up and be counted use your real name especially in regard to manufacturing defamatory comments about a persons livelihood.

The only thing that comes to mind is excellent service the lady that took my order on the phone was friendly and most helpful,you was able to deliver to Humpty Doo which is a distance from your shop ,I am very happy and the person I ordered the flowers was also very happy .a big thank you .

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED. When I ordered flowers for my sister who resides in a remote community I assumed that they would be delivered to the address provided. Instead, Elise sent me a text message after she had been to the airport advising that they would need to be collected from the airport the next day. I tried to call but there was no answer so I sent a text to clarify and advised that I had assumed she would be responsible for delivering the flowers to the correct address. The abuse I received in the following phone calls was astounding. At no time did Elise apologise for the miscommunication or try to work towards a solution - I would have been more than happy to work on a compromise in order to get those flowers to my sister. Instead I was sworn at, told that "I know where you work and I will make you pay", told I was a horrible human being and that she had my sister's phone number so she was going to call her and tell her what a horrible person I was. Of course I then had to call my sister and explain the situation in case Elise abused her too, I really hope this doesnt put a dampner on her day. I later received another text advising that I had been reported to the police so I had to call them and waste the poor officer's time explaining the situation. What a horrible and disappointing experience.
