I just wanted to thank Jess and the team for the beautiful casket flowers for my sister, they were exactly what we were looking for. The team made it so easy and a delight to deal with. I couldn't find what I was looking for online so they recommended sending a few photos of what I had in mind and they outdid themselves I can't recommend them enough. My sister  would of loved them.

I used Flowers Across Sydney for the first time today. I was a little nervous as I have had not much luck with other companies. But this company is the best I have ever used.Not only were the flowers and gifts absolutely beautiful the customer service was amazing too. They sent an email giving me  time frame they would be delivered then another one advising the delivery had been succesful. I ordered the deluxe version and that's exactly what my Sister in Law got.She was so happy with them. I used Flowers Across Sydney for the first time to send a birthday gift. The experience was great, flowers were a great price and beautiful as described. I placed my order just before midnight and flowers arrived early the next day delivery was easy to track.

I've sent flowers from this business twice now, and both times have been very happy with the quality of the flowers, the arrangement and the speed of delivery.  You get a link emailed to you so you can track the order with the delivery driver which was really handy.

I used FAC for the first time today. I ordered the "florists box" for $60 and selected the colour white, as they were for a bereaved friend. I placed the online order at 8.30am and by 11.48am I received an email to say they had been delivered. My friend was delighted with the arrangement. When I saw the photo she sent me I was also very impressed! Thank you FAC for excellent value for money, extremely fast delivery and lovely quality, fresh flowers that brightened my friend's day. I'll definitely use you again in future

Great flower delivery service! The website is easy to place an order in less than 2 mins, and it provided live tracking so I knew exactly when they'd be delivered. The flowers arrived in only a few hours and exceeded expectations, great experience - would highly recommend.
