I went to the store last saturday and there was a lovely girl named Cassia that helped me find a nice smelly candle for my husband. I will emerge!

Great range of eclectic gifts, homewares and clothes. Very helpful staff. I'd gone in looking for a specific mug and they'd run out. The lady serving me straight away phoned the other shop and got them to hold it for me. Beautiful gift wrapping

I have to agree with other comments.. Great place, but I may have been inclined to spend more if the girls in the shop had stopped their conversation and acknowledged me just once. Even when paying I was made to feel like it was too much trouble to answer a simple question about a product I was looking for. Depending on what you are after I would try Ecolateral a bit further on Magil Rd. A nice little shop and such lovely and helpful staff.  Lose the attitude Flourish and you may gain some customers! I won't be back there though.

We were just passing by and saw this shop. Nice shop I must say! Ended up buying a nicely scented soap. I'll be back.

I love this shop.However, customer service it is terrible, specially with the young ladies who work there.
