Have dedicated a large part of my life in the quest to find the best Almond Croissants in Sydney, and the ones at Flour and Stone are consistently the best I've had. Lovely crispy outer, chewy pastry inside, good delicate frangipane without the harsh fake-almond taste you so often get elsewhere.
Bought a few cakes, Lamington is a bit sweet but very moist. Love the ricotta cake & mango cake. Will go back again and try more.
Such a cute and charming bakery! I love everything here: their pastries are delicious, their coffee is great and I love the cute packaging. Their pistachio raspberry cakes is a dream and reminded me of my time in France.
