With this the first time using and laying the hybrid 6mm flooring, we were a little anxious about about the ease of install. James at Oddz & Endz talked us through and it was a breeze to cut the ends and the length using a Stanley knife. The scotia trim came as colour matched to the grey boards and was also easy to cut and fit. Excellent products, good prices and exemplary service. We are now going to buy more and do another 2 rooms. Well done guys
Ash is very knowledgeable and helped me a lot select the right product in right quantity. I paid in cash and 10 minutes after I had left the shop she called me and told me that I had accidentally paid $50 extra Banknotes must have stuck together or something. She even waited 15 minutes after the closing hour to reunite me with my banknote. Ash is a super professional and honest person. I’m blown away
It's my first time DIY hybrid flooring for my bedrooms, every flooring store I went recommended this store for the scotia and trims I need for my floor.nnJames was of great help, friendly and professional, answered all my questions and helped with the calculation, and finally helped to fit the everything including the 3+ meters long trims into my small SUV so that I don't need to find a way to carry them on the roof top. Excellent customer services, much appreciated!

I needed to track down some replacement scocia. I managed to do this via email, complete my purchase electronically and arrange delivery, saving me valuable time and mileage. The delivery was timely and saved me the hassle of carting 2.4m lengths in my car. Very happy.
