The staff at Pharmacy 777 Flinders Sq are truly amazing. They are ever so helpful and a special thank you to Brenda who remembers my name every time I go in. She recently helped me with a stomach issue I've had for many years on and off and I have never felt better since taking the probiotic she recommended. Brenda also did a follow-up call to see how I was going, truly great service. Keep up the good work girls, you're the best
A very friendly and service-based pharmacy! The staff are very patient and are highly knowledgeable. They take the time to speak to you to give you a total health solution. A huge difference in experience from other bulk discount pharmacies. Once you leave the store they also offer to follow up on how you are going - very genuine!
In January I received my booster vaccination shot at the pharmacy. The pharmacist did a great job in administering it. The staff are friendly and obliging- willing to assist me in finding alternative products that are equally good and value for money.
Aways a positive experience there! The pharmacists are all lovely and genuinely care about customers. They take the time to provide you with information and to get to know you. Haven’t gone to any other pharmacy since.
I went in to get my vaccine and the whole process easy and was seamless. Even though my appointment was last minute, they were able to accommodate me and it was done very quickly. Been there a couple of times for other pharmaceutical needs and was very satisfied with their service.
After driving to a chemist that said they were open until 9pm which weren’t I went to Tuart Hill. Whoever served me was so nice. I was having a migraine and the comment “I hope you feel better tonight”, I deeply appreciated. Thank you
I get all my prescription medication at this Pharmacy. I leave my prescription script at the Pharmacy. The friendly staff replenish my medication and remind me when the scripts are running out. The pharmacist is patient and has helpful advise when I have concerns or questions. This pharmacy is an epitome of a community pharmacy, and why I prefer this place over pharmacies like Chemist Warehouse. Couldn't be easier. Kudos to all staff and the pharmacists.
Shocking service. Three times now and will not be going back. One staff member serving, while two others presumably a pharmacist and another continue their conversation - refusing to acknowledge that customers are waiting. It is a pharmacy/retail where service preferably professional and courteous is required, staff as well as pharmacist may need further training to understand this concept.
Great Customer Service! Every time I have come here I have left happy and satisfied. Staff are knowledgable and friendly and are always attentive to myself and the customers around me. Highly recommend if you are living in the area!
Incredibly disappointed with the poor service from the pharmacists at this chemist. I was refused an emergency supply of my medication despite the fact that I had been there to fill the script in the past and had my old box with the repeats written on it which other chemists have done for me before. The lady who served me didn’t get her name looked me up and down and after I told her I hadn’t had my medication in few days as I was waiting to be paid and told me I should have “really thought about that earlier”. I later found out from another pharmacist that this was because they don’t get paid until I drop the script off. She clearly cared more about the money than my health and well-being. Do not go here
