I had the most marvelous experience when working with a staff member at flight centre. We don't use travel agents much here anymore but it was so helpful that Ms. Stoikovska was able to book my travel plans for me. She was so polite and very informed as to the options available to me. I ultimately went with Jetstar, which worked out brilliantly even though my plans changed several times.
