Very bad customer service at this branch. I visited flightcentre Warwick to provisionally book a flight for my wife. The lady said that she had locked the price in and I could confirm the next day. When I called the next day I was told that it wasn't held at that price. When I complained they said that they would help me by trying to get an equivalent price. I haven't heard anything since- it has been two weeks.
