The girls at the Pukekohe flight centre were very rude. They don’t have any decency or are trained on how to talk to a pregnant lady. I just went to book the tickets this afternoon but I understand they were busy, instead of being polite about it this girl literally shouted at me and raised her voice, all I wanted to ask if I can use my credit to book my flights. Dear flight centre, I understand that you guys are busy and understaffed but atleast please ensure you have your staff is trained properly and have the manner’s on how to talk to customer, otherwise you will continue to loose business.
FC Botany gave 2 prices for a resort, right resort but wrong prices, then told the following day we need to google and do the search ourselves. 8 Adults for an International trip, thank goodness we never booked through them and grateful they told us to do Google search as we saved over $8000 and went through their competitor. Flight Centre Botany is an absolute joke
They don’t try and find you the cheapest flights. They just put your dates into the computer and say there you go, that’s the cost.
Arrived wanting to book 4 flights to the gold coast but was told they where too busy to book flights...unbelievable...
