I've had many dealings with Flight Centre, Torquay, and I have always found everyone there extremely courteous and helpful. While most of my travel experiences have been 'normal', on two separate occasions I've required emergency help while overseas, involving evacuation and/or hospitalisation. Amber did plenty to help me get out of difficult situations both times. She was courteous, efficient and knew exactly what to do. She has been spot on with all travel recommendations too. Every trip she's recommended has been excellent. Brilliant agent and a top travel agency!

flat out incompetent. booked wrong accommodation, horribly rude staff wouldn't touch these guys with a 10 ft pole
