My wife and I decided to return to New Zealand after the previous trip we had done in 2019. Tom Holsworth handled the airline bookings, car hire and travel insurance for us and ensured that we got a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and understood our needs regarding travel. We decided to upgrade to Business class and Tom handled the booking change after hours to ensure we could secure a great deal. Excellent service from start to finish. We have used Flight Centre in the past and will continue to use them as our travel agent.
One staff member in particular was rude, condescending and abrupt, I know they are busy but it’s no excuse for bad manners and treating people like their problems don’t matter, anyone who’s having to deal with Sara beware her customer skills are gravely lacking, Grand Central store. My experience with Julie at the Margaret street store, was awesome she was professional and friendly, doing everything in her power to address my issues, I would recommend Margaret street flight centre every time.
Just walked into Grand Central Flight Centre. Nowhere on their site does it state to make an appointment! I just drove from Gatton 45 minute travel and plus wanting to spend large on a holiday. And I get told to write my name on a Slip and drop it into an EMPTY BOX and I’ll get a call! Flight Centre Grand Central Toowoomba, is a bloody joke! And to top it all off on New Year’s Eve their site said they were open drove all the way there and they never opened! Wake up flight centre Grand Central!
Absolutely appalled at the lack of service received here when I rang to ask for booking confirmation. Was hastily redirected to an email evidently speaking with staff is too much to ask. There would be much less stress in booking a holiday yourself.
Worse customer service bye far. Told to make an appointment when the shop was empty and make sure we have all our dates and things to to when we come back that is what we went there for to organize all that. Don't use flight center grand central
Joanne,Toowoomba, sorted our itinerary for Tasmania. What a wonderful trip we have had. If you love history, beautiful architecture, forests, and animals,then Tasmania is a fantastic place to see. We have been to some of the most beautiful world heritage places on earth. Breathed the cleanest air. Met lovely people and stayed in hotels with old-fashioned service as well as wonderful architecture, from days gone by. A wonderful and unforgettable time. My partner and I have booked multiple holidays through our travel agent Rachel and we will never go to anyone else. The service and lengths she went to make sure we received the best care was above and beyond anything I had ever experienced with previous travel agents. She made every trip stress free and we know we can 100% rely on her to make our holiday exactly how we plan it to be and that’s the BEST! Her work ethic & efficiency is to perfection and I would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone I come across who is wanting the best travel agent there is. Absolutely thrilled to book all of our trips through her!!!!

We booked our honeymoon to Hawaii through Jocelyn. Her lovely personality and professionalism made the process smooth and easy. Her efficiency in labelling our documents was a winner and made it easy for us while travelling. Jocelyn, we have loved working with you, thank you for everything you've done, including your work when the bag went missing on the way home!
We had a great experience with Lauren McLoughlin. She was very helpful, patient and she went above and beyond in planning our itinerary. She was also always prompt in replying my e mails. We are really impressed with her excellent customer service and will not hesitate to go to her again in future. Thanks Lauren!
