Michelle Rawlinson assisted us in the planning of our upcoming trip to Canada and Alaska with APT. We were referred by a work colleague. Michelle could not have been more helpful. We asked many, many questions of her both in person in the store and via email. Her replies were always prompt and accurate.  She has always always approachable and friendly. We have already recommended her services to friends and family when they have been planning trips. We thoroughly recommend Michelle Rawlinson from Flight Centre Robina for any assistance with travel planning.

I have been using Flight Centre at Robina town centre for all my family holidays for over 8 years .Today I went there to book flights and was served by the "general manager" "Craig". I have never experienced such arrogants from flight centre staff. This very poor behaviour from the "general manager " "Craig" has just lost my families business.

I highly recommend Flight Centre at Robina. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of my past experiences with them when organising any trip, either big or small. I highly recommend consultant, Michelle Rawlinson , as she always attends to my particular needs with great efficiency & thoughtfulness. She makes organising any trip a much easier & far more pleasurable experience.  Top marks!

Jesse was extremely helpful, patient and gave a much better exchange rate than the competitor just down the way. I had 7 students from Japan with me and he patiently worked with them and made their experience a great one- after the competitor literally told us they did not want to deal with the students(there were no other customers in the shop waiting).
